1. Title

4. Penalties.
Unless otherwise specified
or stated in an Ordinance, any person who shall violate any provision of a Town
of
A. First offense penalty. Any person who shall violate any provision of
a Town of
B. Second offense
penalty. Any person who shall violate
any provision of a Town of Sampson Ordinance subject to a penalty, who shall
previously been convicted of a violation of the same ordinance within one year,
shall, upon conviction thereof, forfeit two hundred dollars ($200.00), together
with the costs of prosecution.
C. Continuing
violation. Each violation and each day a
violation continues or occurs shall constitute a separate offense. Nothing in this ordinance shall preclude the

5. Severability.
If any provision of this
ordinance of its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the
invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this ordinance
that can be given effect without the invalid provision of application, and to
this end, the provisions of this ordinance are severable.
Section
6. Effective date.
This Ordinance is effective
on publication or posting.
The town clerk shall
properly post or publish this ordinance as required under s. 60.80,
