TOWN OF SAMPSON
SPECIAL MEETING
September 25th
2009
A Special Meeting of the Sampson Town
Board was called to order by Chairman Haller on Friday, September 25th
at 8:00 A.M. at the Sampson
Town Hall. Meeting
notices were posted in the three designated places. The meeting was called to
order by Chairman Haller. Supervisors Richardson and North were present, as was
Clerk/Treasurer Reed and Patrolman Bill Richardson. There were no guests in
attendance.
The purpose of the special meeting was to open
bids for the Long
Lake and Axehandle boat
landings. Bid notices were placed in the
three designated areas and twice in the Bloomer Advance.
Chairman Haller opened the two separate bids
for the boat landings. After discussion, Supervisor North made a motion to
accept the Long Lake bid from Northern Companies, Inc
for $5,071.39. Supervisor Richardson seconded the
motion and all present voted aye. Motion
carried.
Supervisor North then made a motion to
accept the Axehandle Lake bid from Northern Companies, Inc for $7,615.89. Supervisor Richardson seconded the motion and all
present voted aye. Motion carried.
There being no
further agenda items for the Special Meeting, a Motion was made by Supervisor North
to adjourn the special meeting. Supervisor Richardson seconded the motion and all
present voted aye. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 8:15 A.M.
